Dear Copper Mesa Cougar Community,
Field Day Friday - Our annual Field Day will be on Friday. We love having our parents come out to cheer them on.
Schedule:
4th-6th grades - 8:45-11:20
K-3 grades - 12:45-3:05
Please check in at the office!
As a reminder, please make sure your kiddos have sunscreen, hats and water. Everyone should wear their blue Copper Mesa shirts! There will be some activities involving water, so 4th-6th graders might consider bringing a change of clothes in their backpacks since they will be in their classrooms for the second half of the day. We are looking forward to a wonderful day of fun!!

PARENT PORTAL ACCOUNTS:
Late July, we will be sending out an email to announce who your student’s teacher will be. In order to find out this information you will need to sign into your parent portal EngagED account. Please make sure you can sign into your parent portal account before the end of this school year. Make sure you write down your username and password. There will be no one in the office to help you over the summer! Please contact the office with any questions before the end of the year!
LIBRARY:
It's hard to believe but the end of the year is quickly approaching! The end of the year means all library books are due back to the library. I will be sending reminder emails for overdue books to your email address on file. All books not turned in by the end of the year will automatically be charged to your student's My School Bucks account. If you do not receive an email from the CME Library you can rest assured your child's books are turned in:-)

MED PICKUP:
Please plan to pick up your student’s medication at the end of this school year by 5/23/24. All medications and Medication Release Agreements EXPIRE at the end of the school year. The school cannot store medications in the health room over the summer. Please see the letter for more information.
